SUMMARY:Turn Clash Decisions into Project Knowledge
DESCRIPTION:Monday, 30 November 2026 | 15:00 to 16:00 CET (Berlin) | Online | English | Free\nChanging a clash from Medium to High or Irrelevant is more than a status update. It captures your team’s judgment. See how SiloLink turns confirmed clash decisions into a Project Knowledge Base and reuses that knowledge in the next review.\nAbout the webinar\nClash detection finds conflicts. Deciding which ones matter depends on your company’s rules, tolerances and project requirements. A reviewer may raise a clash from Medium to High or mark it Irrelevant. Those decisions contain valuable knowledge, yet teams often have to repeat the same judgments when the next model check arrives.\nThis online webinar shows how to turn that judgment into reusable project knowledge. We will first introduce AI-assisted grouping, filtering and prioritisation to help teams work through clash noise. We will then demonstrate two connected processes: create a Project Knowledge Base from confirmed review decisions and corrections, and reuse relevant knowledge in the next clash review so that AI recommendations reflect the team’s requirements and previous judgments.\nA practical demonstration will follow a reviewer changing a clash decision, the capture of that decision as project knowledge, and its reuse in a later check. We will discuss how teams can introduce this workflow into their coordination process while retaining human review and responsibility. The session concludes with questions and discussion.\nWhat you will learn\n\nGroup related clashes, filter noise and prioritise issues.\nCreate a Project Knowledge Base from confirmed decisions and corrections.\nReuse that knowledge in the next clash review.\n\nSpeaker: Dr. Zijian Wang, Founder of SiloLink, AI Researcher at TUM\nOrganiser: SiloLink\nRegister for this webinar ( https://docs.google.com/forms/d/e/1FAIpQLSdCWg3exTo2y7DiYss4YXirhnwnItO30btS4LS5d03lCo2NnQ/viewform ).
